This totally depends on your personal goals for your desired physical state. For gaining muscle mass the best range would be around 12, in that case B would apply. In case you would like to gain endurance, you can go into a higher ramge - around 20 or so, so A would apply. If strength was your goal, you would opt for less, around 5, so D would be your answer.
